Dr. Hal Jeter has been installed as the 2022-2024 president of the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Jeter has maintained his dental practice in South Point, OH for over 27 years and has served in a multitude
of leadership roles in the AGD as well as the American Dental Association and other dental organizations.
In his president’s address Dr. Jeter stated that,
“In my tenure on this Board I have made the observation that there is (sadly) a distinct disconnect between Academy of General Dentistry members who live or practice in Ohio, and the Ohio AGD. I want to change
that… I want to strengthen our bonds within. I want the Ohio AGD to emerge as a credible and valuable resource to our members and to our sister organizations. I want our motto to be CONSISTENCY, CREDIBILITY and VALUE.”
The Ohio AGD represents represents over 700 Ohio general dentists and is the state constituent of the national Academy of General Dentistry.
